Hello folks, I’m looking at getting a VW ID3 and I’m facing the possibility of ha ing to park it on the street and run the cable from my front door to the car and as such it’ll need protection in the form of a cable protection ramp thing. Does anyone here have any recommendations or ideas.

To get the Octopus Go tariff you will need to either already have a SMETS2 smart meter or have Octopus fit one for you.  It takes a good two weeks for them to get the changeover done from the tariff you originally signed up with.  This is supposed to be due to the time it takes for them to reliably receive half hourly readings
