disabled person trust set up to put work pension

      has anyone set up a disabled person trust and bank account

       

      to put a private work pension into so you  are then entitle to  benefit like employment support allowance(esa) income related and not contribution

      because my pensions  is slightly above the £85 threshold iv moved from income related to contabution

      so loss rebates (council tax ) ect and motability grant as well

      any advice please

        @martinod you would need to use a solicitor to set up a trust Martin, So seek advice from them on this matter.
