Last week my Dyson V8 went dead after 5 years I’m on the lookout for a new cordless hoover which is good on carpets and is easy to empty ? Can anyone reccomend a rival to Dyson ? Many thanks in advance

That’s the extension opened up goes on handle but can’t get it to lock in place ?

Mrs kezo says she gets around 50 min of runtime however, can’t remeber when new if it was slightly longer. We have had it approx 4 yrs.

Sport mode is only used when needed and not longer enough to know how long to time, official is about 15 min though.

Never fitted the extension handle apart from initial testing, will have to find it and see how it fits.

Are you sure it comes with 3 year warranty as I can’t remember?

Kezo I’ve gave up fitting the extension handle gave me headache just won’t lock on on my Henry .com says has 3 year warranty if buy from them

Is it when/if you register warranty, you get an extra year?

I’ve emailed them Kezo by the way the ring donut candy smell is lovely that you put under the rubber at the end

I’ve just done extension handle locked underneath but I may take off as seems more upright easier without it

Yes, we found balance wrong with the extension handle and took it off withing a couple of days.
