Hi all,

 

Ordered a c4 last June,  was originally told 3 to 4 months October at the latest.  Been lied to constantly regarding delivery dates. For example they provided a date at the start of January however there is a problem with delivery company..now the same thing happened in Feb.

 

It’s the constant lieing that is so frustrating.  New to the scheme so haven’t had a car in the meantime . Has anyone had this experience? Could the dealership provide so sort of curiosity car for the delay for example?

Sorry to hear this but this seems to be the new “normal”. Dealers are making promises that fail to materialise.  Deliveries to dealerships from the port is a hit and miss that is out with their control. They won’t provide a courtesy car either I’m afraid as you have no contract with them until you take delivery of your car.

I ordered my eC4 in August. It is now built but (afaik) still sat in Spain somewhere awaiting transportation.
