      Hi

I’ve narrowed down my future car to either the C4 grand spacetourer 7 seater or the C5 aircross.

Obviously neither are in local showrooms but having had Citroen’s before I am happy to order without a test drive.  What I can’t seem to get an answer on is the distant from the floor to the boot lip.  If anyone has either model would you be willing to measure the distance for me and also give your view on comfort.  I have a bad back – both upper and lower spine so happy with a more wallowy ride if it means I don’t feel too many pot holes and can get over speed bumps.

Didn’t the C4 Spacetourer drop off the scheme yesterday?

Or is the C4 Grand Spacetourer different? – Even if so it doesn’t appear to be listed on the Scheme currently. Only the van type Spacetourer electric is listed (1 vehicle).

        Which Mobility Car

With dwindling sales and a lack of global market Citroen have decided to put the C4 Grand Spacetourer out to pasture and as a result it is no longer an option for you to order.

The C5 Aircross has incredible seats, some of the most comfortable around. This vehicle should be available to view at every Citroen dealership nationwide.

As for measurements, this is the best information:

Must admit I thought the Grand spacetourer was staying on scheme but if it isn’t then it makes for an easier decision.

Just to add a little personal experience, the C5 Aircross is one of the most comfortable cars i’ve ever been in. A friend bought one, and it’s one of those citroens that proves why Rolls Royce at one point in time used their suspension. They know how to make “comfortable”.

Does not make for dynamic driving, but if that’s not the focus or unimportant, the C5 is a lovely motor.

When it was under the Picasso name they were my local Citroen Dealer best seller on Motability due to low AP.

think they did 2 on Motability last year.

Thanks all – i think the choice is now whether to go for the petrol or the hybrid.  For those that have a C5 aircross what are the massaging / heated seats like or is it so comfy they’re not necessary?
