<p style=”text-align: left;”>They are probably more shocked that they got found out.</p>
It’s not surprising really the way they treat us as claimants and try to make us feel like liars following assessments.

Not the first time they have been told the assessment process is a shambles.

why should someone with an chronic incurable and degenerative condition be worried that the next assessment they may not be awarded pip etc.

It would be far easier in those cases to ask for a single consultant or GP letter to say yes or no nothing has changed.

Also in the current situation if you state you have good days it’s likely you’ll be dismissed as cured and fit for work. lol

Lol yes I am a bit perplexed why my disability is to be assessed every 3 years, considering I was born with a congenital issue of a physical kind (can’t use legs, minimal use in arms).

Oh well, perhaps they know of a cure coming soon which will undo the 30 corrective operations that have fused and removed joints !

Typical DWP faux shock and surprise! They have been weaponised by this government for 10 years now and now employ the same sub human tactics on their own poor disabled employees as they do with disabled members of the public like ourselves. Are we really surprised?

I’ve been sick and disabled for long enough to remember when they treated us with at least some dignity and fairness and now look at it? Pure evil most of the time.

Losing 12.5% of tribunal cases sounds like there favouring their employees? ??

The tribunal loss rate for PIP is about 70% when I last checked a couple of years ago.

I did bring this up with my MP a couple of years ago and there response was “terrible isn’t it” and is why this day ~I have no respect whatsoever for the low life animals that roam the corridors of Westminster.
