October 5, 2019 at 10:22 am #90235Looks good in the blue and contrasting c-pillars but that’s the only colour the configure will let me see.

GeorgieI’ll have mine in Ara Blue, please, with the Alcantara seats – though I do think the embossed ‘S’ is a bit naff.

WinstonI think the Q2 is a stinker looks wise, like the wort looking Audi on the road ?
I had 3 courtesy ones over the past 18 months or so, all S Lines, I was embarrassed getting out the car it was that ugly lol
No offence to anyone who has one BTW, beauty is in the eye of the beholder n all that.. ?
Again its typical Audi, the new one is just about to be released, so they add the black edition to the scheme and charge the full ap
Even though its the black edition it still comes with old fashioned dials, you’d need to spend another 1200 beans to get the virtual cockpit, the same again if you want a pano roof and then a couple of months later the new and improved model pulls up next to you at the lights ?
If only we’d get the chance of these good spec models when they were first released nad not when the production was about to change to the new models
October 5, 2019 at 5:18 pm #90281You have a good point Winston but I don’t think it’s particularly bad looking it just doesn’t look like an Audi. All of their other models follow an easily recognisable design language but you could bung a Dacia badge on that and the uninitiated wouldn’t bat an eye.
If I seem a little strange, that's because I am.
Skoda Karoq SEL.

PhiljbI’m not a fan of these at all, a model too far from Audi.
Now the Q5 I’d gladly have on my drive.

WinstonYeah Audi is my fav brand so it’s a strange one, it could even pass as one of those sssaaaassssaaaasssaaasssaaayongs or whatever they are called ?
I remeber getting told by the rep at Audi that I was getting a Q2 courtesy car, I was like ffs I think they are horrible man… His response, Oh I love mines ??
Each to their own n all that, and they sell well, just not my bag at all
The new one might be better on the eye
October 5, 2019 at 10:29 pm #90311It’s a mixture of both bland & hideous. What is wrong with car designers these days? Nearly every manufacturer seems to be going backwards with their design teams nowadays. Having an Audi badge on the front doesn’t excuse it from criticism either. The big three German makers – Audi, VW and BMW – really need to rethink their SUV models especially because the vast majority are so bloody boring!

GeorgieI rather like them but DH hates them. He says it looks like Audi couldn’t decide between a car or and SUV, and ended up with neither. As he has to drive me around 50% of the time I guess I won’t be getting one after all. :\
