Motability told me because I’m turning 25 well before I get the car the Application will be fine with me being the driver but today I was refused, rang motability to be told I can’t be on the insurance till I lm 25 which doesn’t make sense in the fact I don’t get the car till April and my birthday is way before that and being told by them it would be fine multiple times now I have to arrange to go down after I turn 25 to add me to the insurance ?

I had this years ago when ordering a car when I was 24 at the time of ordering but 25 before taking delivery. The order could not be placed in my name, however the order could be placed in the name of the second named driver (my mother). The order was place and details amended after the car had arrived
