Any Kia EV6 AWD owners out there?

Despite the high AP – we are carefully considering the Kia EV6 AWD…

…are there any owners out there that might share their experiences in terms of ownership, economy, equipment and performance?

I’m trying to justify(or not) spending that much on such a high AP so any real life experiences would be really useful.

      Thanks all.

Save £5,000 and get the Enyaq Sportline Plus 80x while it’s available 🙂

Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!

@Phaedra – the Enyaq is now firmly on our short list with the Sportline Plus coming onto the scheme BUT, remember that the Enyaq doesn’t have a heat pump so that’s something that I would urge everyone to consider as it does make a big difference in the winter AND we understand from our Skoda dealer that getting a heat pump on an Enyaq is no longer an option!

Just doing our due diligence to make sure the car we live with for 3+ years is fit for purpose.

            Superjoun,

Have you seen the Skoda Enyaq IV 80x 4 wheel drive sportline?

For the same AP you can get utter with the Maxx package and transportnpackage for £7,235

@Roger Wikco – thanks – yes, as I said in my post, the Enyaq 80x Sportline Plus if firmly on our short list BUT we are doing our due diligence and checking out what life will be like with an EV that doesn’t have a heat pump in the depth of winter!

As always, the devil is in the detail and we want to make sure we get value for money and the sort of range that we can live with across the whole of the year.

I prefer the EV6 interior, with q4 only 3 weeks away hopefully, other manufacturers will reduce their AP’s.

What is your average daily mileage?

SMMT say the average is 25 miles.

Re the heat pump, its still showing on the online configuration it disappeared from the brochure, but thatcwas a mistake.

Even if you added the pump, the AP would ge less than the ev6.

There usca lot if discussion about the effectiveness of heat pumps, sone say it increases mileage in winter by 30%, some say its less and £1;000 buys a lot if charging.

As I live in thenmidlands, its nice something I’m looking around, as my mileage has dropped, so can charge up at hone for 8p per kwh. So £1,000 will buy me 12,000 kwh of charge

It’s a very person specific option I think

@kezo – thanks – and I whole-heartedly agree about the EV6 interior…to be honest, one would have been on order if the AP was more akin to what the Enyaq’s is now…so maybe be we’ll sit and wait until October arrives!

Thanks for your great input and advice on these forums…I’ve just said to Mark that you and him(and a couple of others) are standout contributors and I feel so much more confident in the scheme with your support and advice.

@Roger Wikco – thanks – yes, I do quite a bit over the average due to where we live – there’s a car journey to get anywhere!

Regarding the Enyaq options packages you mention – the prices I’m seeing are much more – where did you see these please so I can make sure I’m looking at the most up to date information?

                      Thanks again.

                          As per Keyzos link.

The maxx package also includes eberyth8ng in the advanced pa6ckage, so is a total iof £3,980 plus the AP £3,599 plus Transport package at £320

So £3,599 ÷ £3.980 ÷£320  £7;899 ) £100 )÷## than ev6 awdi think if the coupe cones on, that will be around £300 more than the SUV Enyaq
