Just been contacted by Exeter Mercedes.

I was looking at the A-Class but I was annoyed that the Executive Pack was not allowed. I told them that they would have had my order and could not understand why an advertised pack was forbidden  to Motability buyers. I was then contacted by, presumably, a senior person, and repeated that they had lost my order purely for that reason.

Now my original contact has just rung to say that the packs now ARE available on Motability!

Ironic because I have now ordered another vehicle, but I hope this helps others

Executive packs were on a180-a180d  it was the premium pack that wasnt the a200d and a220d were standard
