The new Kona. I think Kezo may have mentioned it and I just payed little heed as I had the old one and it was too small.

I just checked measurements online and it is roughly 8 inches shorter and 3 1/4 inches narrower than the e3008,  that’s not too bad tbh. The boot measurements are 32″ long and 41″ wide compared to the e3008 33″ and 40″ plus a drunk. The ultimate has all the bells and whistles and it’s a car I know as I loved the old model. And V2L.

Mind the ultimate with lux pack and leather is £2799. Not cheap, mind not very expensive.

I would like to see if it drops in price next quarter or if the ioniq 5 comes on at a reasonable ap next quarter.

As for the e3008. It has to go, it just puts me in a bad mood. Nothing new, but same problems and terrible range.

Yes. Just says frunk for storing charging and V2L cables. Not sure about lower model’s as I was reading the ultimate spec.

Frunk and Heatpump are standard across the range however, the Advance is limited to the smaller 48kWh battery.

Lux Pack – Digital Key, Memory Driver’s Seat, Premium Relaxation Front Seats, Remote Smart Park Assist, HDA2.0, FCA2.0, Heated Charging Door and Metallic/Pearl Paint (included as a scheme user).

Ultimate has a free option to spec 17″ wheels instead of the standard 19’s, to eek out the full 319 miles (286 on 19’s)

I’m presuming the 17s would add a bit more comfort around town but a bit more road noise on A roads and motorways?

This car bar size is perfect and the size ain’t as bad as I thought. I would happily pay the AP. I need to get the measuring tape out again.

It would be nice to enjoy a car again and I loved the old Kona from the first drive to the last drive. I have only enjoyed the e3008 twice while out driving at night. Even when I left the showroom I was a bit miffed as I knew even then that there was no V2L.

Higher profile tyres would offer a more comfortable driving experience on/off the motorway and better noise insulation on the motorway and obviously better rolling resitance. That said I don’t know what profile tyres they use on the 17’s.

See if you can request an extended test drive in the Advance/Ultimate, that way you can see the difference yourself! At the same time, you can all pile in, as if you were camping without the dealer scratching his head 😂

You could also look at the new i5 if they have one in the showroom and see if they have one to test drive, where you can all pile in again!

Another Kezo’s top tip – Deliveries of the refresh EV6 will start in Q3, so you may bag a bargain AP on remaining outgoing stock come Q3.

Kezo I fell in love with an old flame who’s put on a bit of weight, like she’s really big now, but everything is in the right place and she knows what she’s doing. That fling with the french super model has to end. She looks the part but hasn’t a clue what’s she’s doing just so high maintenance.
