we have 4 sim only deals with 3 mobile and have for years
so i was trying to sort out some bills and stuff
i contacted 3 mobile to cancel judes sim only contract of £18 a month ,
i explained the situation and asked if i could cancel judes contract with them, the person said yes , he said because the sim only contract was taken out on 28 october 2020 i had to pay an early cancelation fee of £116 or let it run until 27 oct 21, after all your wife did sign a contract
with them ,

That is appalling martin. As they said “After all, your wife did take a contract out with us” well tell them good luck in getting paid, As your wife is no long with us. I would ring them back Martin and ask to speak to a manager and lodge a complaint.

Martinod these mobile phone companies to me seem not far behind the payday loan companies, they will try anything just to receive payment, guess it’s down to the training they are given.

Try getting in touch with some in authority.Martin you could try OFCOM if you feel up to it. However do try speaking with a manager first to try and resolve this issue. If they still insist, then threaten them with OFCOM or watchdog.
