Hi. I never knew about hard wiring a dash cam on a motability car! I’ve had mine for nearly 2 years now!! I bought it from Halfords and had it put in by Halfords. I’ve never had any problems at all. It is connected to the fuse box as they find a spare section. And all done by checking on the Ford website.
im just about to change my car so will get Halfords to remove and re install. Maybe I should ring Motability then. What an absolute nightmare!!
i wouldn’t mind, but I want to get a reversing camera installed too as having it come with the vehicle, I’d gave to wait 6 months!! Decisions decisions
