I-Pace had a facelift (circa 73 plates). I wouldn’t touch the old one as all the above are correct – LG batteries until 2021 were of a high risk. 12v issues – improved with software upgrades, but still happen from time to time. But I have one replaced last year and one to be replaced this week on my Skoda Enyaq 85x.
Insurance – I think post 71 plates will be more palatable.
That said, the biggest issue with I Pace like with any car with non existent manufacturer is lack of spare parts and software fixes. Apart of that it is a beauty. Especially in red below are two images of before and after the facelift
