I’m wondering if there is a discrimination case. Rural drivers are not being given a fair choice here There doesn’t seem to be a clear argument about what these changes will mean to MB and the rational for penalising a group who need the miles to allow them to live as normal life as possible (the point of the scheme?). The outrageous mileage add on is the stick to get rid of rural higher mileage users and could be argued as discriminatory.
