I’m disgusted with this and it seems like a total rip off. Motability pay higher than average salaries with higher than the norm employee benefits and operate from premises that are far too lavish for their operations. At the end of the day they are just a call centre.
This will definitely be my last car on the scheme. I will use my benefits to get the car I want with the mileage I require and with the deals that are around it won’t cost me any more than I’ll be paying on the scheme.
What really gets me is that Motability just rolled over and accepted it knowing it doesn’t affect them. They will still earn the same money, get the same benefits and work from their ridiculous extravagant offices. It’s us that’s paying for it all and they’re laughing in our faces.
