At the moment MO only have a direct payment link for the sacrified benefit – Anything above the initial AP, MO would be limited on how they could claw back such an overpayment due to excessive mileage.
1 Disqualify from the scheme untill payment is made
2 Take the claimant to court and the court orders them to pay 50p per week untill debt cleared
or
3 MO request the governmentment allow deductions from other government benefits!!
1 & 3 seem the most likely scenarios if this goes ahead and it stinks!
