i got my letter today. i am ordering tommorrow, but from what i can see you dont need the letter just the award letter detailing the mobility award you have and any limit on the award. mines openended i know some pip are for a stated period.
the letter spends time explaining the new higher excess charges on insurance and windscreen and the under30 rules with the drive smart restrictions.also spells out that the dont automatically extend on low mileage etc. although they do acknowledge the will extend if your new car is delayed.
