ok had the phone call from the gp as expected not good cholesterol bad is v high 10 x normal cholesterol good is low. blood sugar not good. but good news blood pressure is down almost normal and weight is down 10kg since last jan.
i dont get it before xmas i did the 12 week diet and exercise course prescribed by the doctors and diets fine exercise is dodgy as with my back and knees etc it aint easy.
she is referring me to lipid clinic there are some other meds but they have side effects apparently.
today i went on myfitnesspal and input everything that has passed my lips today and its pretty much the same every day and the total calories are 1615.00. considering they allow a man 2500 i am well under targets for losing weight yet i am not.
well it looks like this tracker is easy to use so i am going to use it from now on and get a long term picture and go back to the medics with it because this doesnt make sense.
