@Kezo I wouldn’t be charging on peak rate, I thought they were getting at just under 50/50 rate between peak & off peak was for car plus things like dishwasher, machine machine etc being used at night plus 6 hours with anything on at lower rate but that seemed very optimistic TBH.

I think, thats what they estimate, but no one knows other than you on how many miles you will drive. When I have done quotes, there has been a box to enter the estimated miles you will drive.
