    If its easy to remove, leave it in the house and remember to put it in the car when you go out or wrap a blanket around battery compartment, but shouldn’t be an issue:-)

    It uses 1 battery but also has a compartment that carries the spare battery. Think I’ll bring the spare in, don’t want to forget to put a battery in.

     

    I was going to add, if you’ve a spare take that in, then you’ve a warm back up.  I’m not exactly sure I’d trust myself with remembering to pick up a battery as we’re headed out in a rush, so it’s probable best to keep it in the car.

     

    It’s worth remembering that all these evil BEVs have Lithium batteries and do well enough, even if a little preconditioning is sometimes required to get the best out of them.  Similarly, with the battery remaining in the car whilst you travel, assuming the boot warms up a little slower than the cabin, it’ll still have some mild form of preconditioning before it’s needed.
