We changed over from BT to EE January this year, approximately 2 years ago BT pushed us into going fibre optic, the old system was ok with the odd problem, since changing to optic fibre it has been rubbish, the speed is slow and buffets, It is better with EE but nothing special.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
