I have ordered PHEV one when they started to market them back in March 2023 I think (or February- cannot recall) on a promise from a local dealer it will be in the UK by June 2023 the latest. Cancelled the order towards end of summer as new date was December 2023 only.
I loved the car, bur our local Citroën dealership run by young cowboys with no understanding what customer service should look like.
