I am on the verge of doing an early termination for my Tucson for this car but I’m a bit worried about the comfort of the Ultimate seats and the fact it’s quite low down. Do you all find it easy to get in and out of? I have slightly bad knees and chronic back pain and worry it’ll be a pain to get in and out of and when I did a test drive the firm seat wasn’t as comfortable as my Tucson but I’m not sure if that was just because I didn’t adjust the seat correctly.

The seats are definitely less comfy than other cars i’ve driven, including the buckets in the Golf GTE.

There’s two silver linings: our test drive car had 10k miles, that seat was noticeably better than the ones in our new car – and in our new one, once adjusted, i did find a comfy position. On Saturday i do have my first “big” trip with the car (well, 200 miles), that will show how the seats really are.

As to entry, it has easy entry seats (they slide back to let you out, and forward once you start the car), i find it a lot easier to get in and out of the than the GTE – but probably not as easy to get in and out of as in the Tucson. I don’t think anyone but yourself could answer that.
