I have a cupra formentor hire car at present and have just traveled from Plymouth to the Island of Islay – very comfortable and 51 mpg – it is the PHEV version but I haven’t plugged in. My motability car is an Enyaq iV60 which I love to drive but the range is abysmal and infrastructure poor.
