    @PS welcome to the forum.

    1. Should I report this to insurer ? It is a minor scratch and likely the cost of repair is less than the excess.?

    If it is only minor, it is entirely up to you. If you do report it the insurers will liklely say leave as is ,as it;s considered wear and tear.

    2. Should it be sorted only with dealer or can I take it any bodyshop near me, if I’m paying.?

    You can take it to any bodyshop,you don;t have to use the dealer. Mobile scratch repair guys usual offer a good service for this. most dealers use these guys as well so saves employing body shop staff.

    3. There are also minor scratches\marks on alloy wheels? Should they be reported to the insurer and sorted asap? I live in a very narrow street and very likely to kerb it again :(. Hence wondering?

    Again this is the same answer to question 1. If you did report and claim insurance would charge you The excess for each wheel.

    4. Would minor scratches on body and allow wheels impact GCP?

    If only minor, then no.
