Countryside Mobility have them at dozens of tourist attractions around Devon and Cornwall, her favourite is Bottalack not far from Lands End, you can go along the cliff top and enjoy views of the sea and tin mines. She hired one at Lulworth Cove, you could get really high up for a good view.
