Motability stopped lease extensions last year but, they can’t amend a contract part way through a lease without requesting the customer to agree and sign to the amended contract. Quite a few have challenged Motability on this subsequently been granted a further 24 month extension. Also Motability don’t seem to have amended the new contracts, to take into account the end to lease extensions. Therefore theoretically when you sign a new lease contract, you are signing the old T&C’s, which legally they should honour, unless you agree to a new contract reflecting the new terms part way through a lease! @Glos-Guy
I agree, I just signed a new contract in Feb and statement is the same as quoted by OP
