    @Phaedra,

    I got it too. Basically, too many people were “gaming the system” and setting a “ready by” time during the day in order to get the cheap rate during daylight hours.

    Moderators have been warning against doing this on the Facebook group Ohme Integration with Octopus.

    Doesn’t bother me as I’ve always set the “ready by” time for 07:45, and if I plug- in at around tea time, I invariably get some cheap electricity around 10pm anyway. If Ohme and Octopus decide to do this, then this is perfectly acceptable, it’s the forced charging which has been outlawed. Some people were plugging in at tea time and setting the “ready by” time for say 22:00.

    As always, the few beedy grastards have spoilt it for the majority!
