Two weeks isn’t much is it, especially as that’s the time when the bereaved partner is at their lowest and occupied with arranging a funeral etc. That seems rather insensitive to me.
I would have thought that 1-2 months was more appropriate, even if it meant that the bereaved person had to pay a rental fee for that period. I guess that they can’t be bothered with the admin?
