    As has been said many times,

    A Haggis looks like a football only you don’t kick it, you eat it.

    It’s only after you’ve eaten it that you wished you’d kicked it 🙂

    Had my first proper Haggis (and single malt!) when I was 12, best friends mother was Scottish and I got taken up to Bathgate for a proper Hogmanay. Not something I’ll ever forget 🙂

    Other good memories are being taken to Berwick on Tweed for weekends/weeks holidays with them.  I can vividly remeber the first time we went to the local chippy (Miranda’s) and I asked for pie and chips, did I want the pie hot?  yes please, then the look of shock as he dropped it into the deep fat fryer!!

    Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
