@AlexT, those are awful figures!
My i4 shows a range of 195/205 in this weather and 240/260 in summer.
As I think the iX1 has a similar capacity battery to the i4, the difference is astounding, even given the colder weather and presumably hillier conditions compared to where I live in East Anglia.
Without wishing to patronise you, you should select Eco Pro mode and use Adaptive Regenerative Braking when you can.
Having said that, the car is clearly not suitable for your needs and I would echo @Glos Guy’s suggestion to terminate early
