Hi, I’m going to be able to order my next car in December. On motabilitys’ website it says you need a passport or driving licence as identification when you go to order at the dealership. I don’t have either of these and I don’t remember being questioned about it when I ordered previously. Can I use something else as i.d? I don’t have anything with a photo. Thanks.
In addition to Josh’s post above, do you not have such as a disabled persons bus pass (which has a photo), or even a ‘Voter’s ID card’ issued by the government?
I am just wondering how you would go about such as opening a bank account etc which generally requires such ID.
If you really do not have anything offical with your Photo on it, I would speak with Motability and see what they advise.
