I had dealings with RSA and Carpenters when someone pulled out into the side of me. The claim was handled ok and I got a courtesy car the next day. I got the impression Carpenters couldn’t be bothered after a week of no contact, so got my own no win no fee solicitor, who did me proud to be honest.
