    @Mcdon18 If you have a motability on line account, you can do it from there. Go here https://myaccount.motabilityoperations.co.uk/account-new-to-scheme and then select “Manage your named drivers” Second down on the left.

    This will take you to the insurance page. From there, just click on the link at the bottom. This will take you to your insurance account page, from there you will see the “manage drivers tab” it’s then straight forward from there.

    EDIT sorry mis read. You have to use their ” vitual assistant” located here. https://motabilityscheme.directline.com/contact-us   available 24/7 365 days a year.
