we ordered a new skoda some years ago, it needed to be a Auto but the dealer messed up and didnt tick the right box and we got sent a manual, it was no good to us so the lease on our old mobility car was carried on while a new car was ordered (about 10 weeks).
another problem was we ordered a Ford Kuga, i paid extra for a few bits of kit i wanted with it but what turned up was a standard spec version, we had the option of taking it and getting refunded on the AP for the extras i ordered or they would order it again. we took the standard spec version which turned out fine as it was.
