assuming you get a proper handover @Brydo. When we got our first Motability car, a Honda E, ladened with tech, the salesperson who dealt with us was off and car was handed over by what seemed like a YTS trainee, who knew nothing about the car. It was a very disappointing experience as it was also the first time we had got a brand new car.
