    Had another call from Skoda UK.

    Basically reiterated that the dealer said they fully tested it and there was nothing wrong .

    I explained again that they could not have swapped parts to test it as they didn’t have another Enyaq with the Canton system, all they did was compare it to 2 Superbs.

    She asked how I wanted to proceed so I said at least a partial refund of the £2035 as the system was not what was described or advertised, compared to previous systems it was very poor.

    She’s emailing the dealer and they have to respond within 24hours. She’s then going to ring me again on Friday.

    Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
