I took delivery of my Dolphin Comfort 3 weeks ago. I’m new to both EVs & Automatics so on a huge learning curve. Tried to add my vehicle to the BYD app but it asks to scan a QR code. Tried the one next to the VIN but is says expired. Anyone any idea? Also mine is not that accurate on mileage. I regularly do a trip which I know is 71 miles but even driving economically it uses over 100 miles of charge.
Can’t help with the app issue but regarding the range used that’s just normal. The estimated range displayed is known as the GOM… Guess O Meter ?♂️ so it’s only guessing how much range you have, some cars are more accurate than others. Plus you are starting off with a cold battery and a cold cabin so they both have to be heated up every time, this’ll ease when things start to get warmer outside.
