When a big outfit such as Motorbility makes the mistake of putting all of their EV customers eggs in one basket imo it can/has led to and given free rein allowing Ohme to become complacent in its operations
This is evident in the Easee to Ohme swap as I have found to my cost along with its cavalier anyone will do as long as they are the cheapest
Seems Motorbility have now completly tied themselves to Ohme when from an operational point of view the advantage would be to have at least another EV Charger as an option as they had before.
I see from above that this has also led to extortionate extra costs to potential motorbility EV customers
Unless Motorbility bring in another contractor alongside Ohme I cannot see any light at the end of the tunnel
