Thanks to whoever said ask for the 1011 number – Dealer quoted me May (Ordered start of Jan). I’ve since checked with Hyundai and they’ve said July all going well. That could sink a torpedo in me getting a 6 as I’m new to the scheme and my current car goes back in June. Has anybody had an order come forward?
@KamKam is your current car NOT on the Motability scheme? If it is on the scheme then all good, you’ll just keep it until the new one is ready. If not then you’ll either need to try and keep it longer although that could be a problem if your next car is delayed any? Go without a car, again a problem if any delays… or ask the dealer about getting a car that’s already in stock which might not be your preferred choice of colour or trim?
It’s a private lease, so not on the scheme just yet unfortunately. Apparently the Ioniq 6 RWD stock has been consumed and it’s mostly factory orders now. Had my heart set on the trim/model foolishly!
Hyundai said to give them a shout at the end of March for a more detailed update from the factory. I’d be surprised if it came forward
