And what mistake did I make? I paid (in good faith) £2035 for the advanced pack which includes the heated windscreen, heated rear seats, crystal grille and the Canton Sound system. Skoda not providing a “Unique audio experience” as advertised is a mistake on my part, it’s Skoda not providing what was promised.
