    Do you know what kW your shower is?

    (1) 40A set aside as 100%

    (2) Add the remainder together 32+32 +16+16+6+6  = 108

    (3) 40% of 108 =(40×114/100) = 43.2

    (4) 40+43.2 = 83.2kW current maximum demand

     

    (2) 108+32 for charger =140

    (3) 40% of 140 = (40×146/100) = 56

    (4) 40+56 = 96kW new maximum demand with EV charger

    Cut-out fuse upgrade to 100A BS7671
