With the brakes I have the same in my Ariya it depends on what state the battery is, full battery will give no or very little regen which can feel a bit funny but you’ll soon get used to it. This is how it was explained to me. Basically when you press the brake it starts braking with the electric motor then the brakes, if no regeneration is needed then the brake feel might change.
