@Ioniq That’s a first then. Up until now, once the car disappears off the Motability website then that’s it – no new orders (stock or whatever). It’s never mattered before if it’s still on a manufacturers price list (which, as I say, are often out of date given all the mid quarter additions and deletions).
If I was @catdog1121 I’d still want to see my order on my account on the Motability website to be 100% sure that I’m getting the car. Until then, it doesn’t matter what a dealer says or promises – Motability haven’t approved that the customer can get the car.
As for VW dealers, they aren’t all as good I’m afraid. We live between two different VW main dealers. The salespersons I have dealt with at both were dire. Lied about having build slots when they didn’t and zero communication once they’d got the orders.
