@catdog1121 Did the dealer attempt to place the order on the Motability system, which they still have to do whether it’s a stock car or a factory order? It is quite common for manufacturers (and VW in particular) not to update their Motability price lists when a model is removed, but a car has to be on the Motability website, with an order number, for the order to be placed with Motability.
