My first Mobility car 2006 Ford Focus C-Max 1.8 diesel in metallic silver AP£400 and paid extra for a factory fitted towbar, on collection they handed over a black 2.0 diesel but higher specification model the AP they could no longer order a 1.8 model ?
Told us the AP to us £400 if we excepted the car plus this one already had the towbar fitted, like an idiot we said ok especially as it had the later 2.0 engine.
From then it went downhill, the aircon dis not work back several time it only worked for one day, towbar not factory fitted but badly fitted by a local firm back several times for rectification, and then it rained and the boot filled with rain, several attempts to repair the jack had to be replaced as it went rusty, they eventually seal the roof bars with black silicon, what a mess.
As a car it was fine minus the none working aircon, but I lost any interest in the car, Mobility were not interested we ended up parking it up until the end of the lease, we left the scheme until 2017.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
