I’m sure this was mentioned before but, can’t think where.
My honest answer is I’m not sure but, its fair to say, you can use the GCB ontop of any grant awarded, so would assume you could also use the new vehicle payment as well. The grants team wouldn’t offered you a gant imo, if they were only going to be awarding you £1000, as the other two payments make up this. The fact they have offered £1000 I take it as ontop of the the GCP, NVP making £2000 to be put towars AP, if that makes sense.
