Thank you for enquiring about my recent health issues.
I am back home now and feeling grand!
A heart attack caused my admission.
And another heart attack whilst i was an in-patient (if you’re gonna have a HA best place to have one is if you are already in the hospital)
I rejected the quadruple bypass and went with the more stents option.
Why did i reject the bypass?
Firstly i was too frightened at the prospect of going under the knife.
And secondly, once i was made aware by the surgeon that he would agree to go with the more stents option if i was adamant that i didn’t want the bypass i signed up straight away.
I accept that the bypass would’ve been the better option for me but i simply didn’t feel lucky.
Also i’ve had lots of stents previously so rightly or wrongly my thinking was better the devil i know.
