Yes Kezo, but only relatively recently as there were for many years before the Daily Mail decided to do a witch hunt on the lazy, greedy, useless, scrounging, disabled with their free luxury cars at the poor tax payers expense. This, although being totally untrue, unfortunately changed things for the worse for many years.
I doubt it will ever return to pre Daily Fail levels!
